Often described as a lover of the D major key and being a poetic wordsmith, Rob’s presence and artistic expression is evidenced by his on-stage energy, humble attitude, and passionate dedication to providing exciting and meaningful entertainment. Rob’s career of waking up at 2:30 AM to write lyrics on napkins and pillowcases and sing songs into expensive objects with record buttons (and then forgetting where he put them) has spanned over at least three months now, and includes achieving a following of those people who have experienced the ups and mostly down’s of love present in Rob’s music. Rob’s singer -songwriting abilities earned him a performing spot in NYC at the National Opera Center as part of NYSTA’s professional development program. Rob presented the song, The Price you Pay, along with Mary Alouette, aka Alarke.
“Rob! Sweet! … We’ve never seen him play, but if we had to guess, he’s probably very good…”
“…. Rob J! He’s our favorite performer we’ve never heard perform.…”
“Who? Oh, Rob....we bet his mojo’s a trip and a half!”
